Tennis ball drills have been a staple for ball handling at all levels. Steph Curry is one of the greats that consistently uses tennis ball in his training. These tennis ball drills will test your hand eye coordination and overall handle. These drills will challenge your brain to be able to process movements faster so that the game slows down for you and you can make better decisions and take care of the basketball! Time to get to work!
- You will count how many successful catches you have in 30 seconds for the following drills in this video:
1. Up Snatch Right Hand
2. Up Snatch Left Hand
3. Down Catch Right Hand
4. Down Catch Left Hand
5. Down Catch + Up Snatch Right Hand
6. Down Catch + Up Snatch Left Hand
8. Between the Legs (BTL)
9. Behind the Back (BTB)
10. Mix of numbers 7-9
