You should practice each of the different finishes from both sides of the floor. First, go through each finish 10-15 times on each side of the floor. Practice slowly to start in order to get the timing and footwork down. Then you can progress to game speed. After you have the footwork and timing down at game speed, then you can add a dummy defender to get used to contact or having someone guarding you while you're finishing.
