This workout focuses on multiple finishing options when driving middle and attacking past the elbows. It also focuses on a few finishes when attacking from the top of the key and driving past the elbow. This is a great workout to improve your finishes and the footwork that is needed for each one. Pay close attention to the footwork and how the hand releases the ball (flat hand finish in order to get finish off quicker).
