I used this 3-point shooting workout every day during my off seasons when I was playing at BYU. If done daily, at game speed, you can really improve your 3-point shooting drastically. This workout is designed to put you in multiple game situations so that you can capitalize on your opportunities in game. I would encourage you to do this workout and keep track of how many made shots you get out of 100 and then track your progress during whatever shooting program you are doing.
